An invitation to become a member of the Fellows Program is evidence of professional distinction. The number of Fellows is limited to not more than 10% of the total active membership of the State Bar of Michigan who practice in Kent County.
About the Program:
Fellows commit to contributing $1,000 to the Justice Foundation of West Michigan. Fellows are asked to fulfill their pledge by making annual contributions of $100 or monthly contributions of $20, until they have reached an aggregate total of $1,000. Fellows reaching the aggregate total of $1,000 are designated Sustaining Members. Sustaining Members are asked to contribute a minimum of $100 each year, which is less than $9 per month, to the Justice Foundation.
You will be invited to an annual Fellows' Reception. Your name will be listed in The Grand Rapids Lawyer, in recognition of those who support the charitable arm of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Your gift will have enduring value, growing each year as it benefits local people seeking justice and a greater understanding of our free society.
If you would like to investigate other ways of contributing to the Justice Foundation, see our information on leaving a legacy or making a gift.
